What's a lafiD?

A lafiD, short for Lost and Found ID, is an inexpensive QR tag that links your things back to you.

Three steps, zero apps

  1. Stick a lafiD on it

Put one on anything you'd hate to lose, then register it to your account in a few taps.

  2. A finder scans it

Any phone camera works. They can share where it is, snap a photo, or leave a note. No sign-up required.

  3. You go get it

The report lands in your inbox. Once you're reunited, send the finder a thank-you note.

A return address,without the address.

Writing your phone number or email on things is the classic way to get them back. A lafiD does the same job without putting your details on display.
